Email podpora@carbase.info or use the contact page. Include the account email, order or invoice number, a description of the issue and screenshots if available.

How we handle it

We review complaints without undue delay and usually respond by email. If needed, we request additional details and propose a fix, an alternative solution or a refund depending on the situation.
